Grow Your Career with Purpose and Possibility

Are you ready to launch your career in healthcare sales and support? McKesson is looking for a motivated, early-career professional to join us as aField Service Representative—a dynamic, entry-level field role designed to help you learn, grow, and make a real impact.

As an FSR, you’ll support existing customer relationships at Tier 1 & Tier 2 locations, helping them get the most out of their partnership with McKesson. You will not be direct selling - instead, you’ll be reinforcing our value, assisting with onboarding, and identifying opportunities to expand business organically.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct site visits to customer locations, building relationships and reinforcing McKesson’s value proposition.

  • Support onboarding by guiding new customers through their first 30 days.

  • Introduce new products and support formulary adherence, especially for PPD pricing model customers.

  • Identify satisfaction gaps and help resolve them with tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and National Account Managers to uncover growth opportunities.

Training & Onboarding:

We’re committed to setting you up for success. This structured onboarding ensures you’re supported every step of the way as you grow into your role.

  • First 30 Days:You’ll receive comprehensive systems training with two experienced Team Leads who will guide you through the tools and processes you’ll use daily.

  • Field Shadowing:After training, you’ll hit the field alongside a senior team member, learning how to engage with customers, build confidence, and apply your skills in real-world settings.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years relevant experience

  • 2+ years in customer service or related field preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. 7-year Motor Vehicle Record Check conducted as part of pre-employment

  • Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week. FSR's are typically in the field Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

  • Strong intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Significant time spent on computer and phone-based work.

  • Extensive travel via automobile.

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship available).

We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.  In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered. Our Total Target Cash (TTC) Pay Range for this position:

$79,400 - $132,400

Total Target Cash (TTC) is defined as base pay plus target incentive.
