Acts as a senior advisor to leadership, driving cross-functional initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and long-term business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Direct development and execution of functional strategies aligned with enterprise priorities
- Lead cross-functional programs, tools, and technology implementations to improve operations
- Oversee integrated project portfolios and ensure delivery, consistency, and risk mitigation
- Shape governance standards, performance measures, and compliance expectations
- Optimize processes using analytics and data-driven decision making
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and investment priorities while driving cost improvements
- Oversee vendor strategy, contracts, and service-level performance
- Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning
- Drive change management and adoption of transformation initiatives
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
