This role will be responsible for supporting the build of new and existing US Oncology markets migrating to athenaIDX.  The primary focus of this role will be to work with practices on the build and support of the ETM model.

Key Responsibilities

• The Build and Support of the ETM module, ETM user build and updates for new and existing markets in athenaIDX. 

• Participate/facilitate the build of Transaction Editing System (TES) in athenaIDX

• Participate/facilitate the build of Patient Liability (PLE) in athenaIDX

• Document and develop process maps for new/existing processes that reflect current and future states 

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

Critical Skills

• 4+ years’ experience with athenaIDX

• Visio and/or other process mapping experience 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills 

• Ability to lead cross functional meetings with blended audiences, technical, end users, management from both internal and practices

Additional Skills

• Strong Project Management Experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Product Suite

• Building plans for execution and follow-up to completion

• Change Management Experience
