The Role

The Senior Product Manager of MomentimRx will own end-to-endproduct development of multiple data driven products. All these productswilldirectly impact our customers and improve patient health. We are looking for a product leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, can take products from 0 to 1, and has deep experience building and scaling data-powered healthcare solutions. You will be responsible for driving strategy, execution, and delivery of technology products that serve healthcare providers, payers, manufacturers, and patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product roadmap for data and platform products in the healthcare space

  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, clinical and operations teams to deliver high-impact features.

  • Translate business goals into detailed product requirements and user stories.

  • Prioritize features and technical investments based on customer value, business needs, and technical feasibility.

  • Drive agile execution with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.

  • Define and track KPIs to measure product success and inform roadmap decisions.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • 10+ years’ relevant experience with 8+ years in a hands-on product manager role

  • Proven success in launching and scaling data or platform products in the healthcare industry

  • Strong understanding of healthcare data and interoperability standards

  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex backend systems or cloud-based platforms.

  • Familiarity with data pipelines, analytics tools, and modern product development frameworks.

  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills

Education

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience

Physical Requirements

  • General office demands

  • Must have the ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Location

Irving, TX (preferred) or will consider other McKesson US hub locations or remote

Consideration will be given to other geographical locations

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$159,200 - $265,300
