Slotting Coordinator Job Overview

McKesson is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Slotting Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will optimize inventory placement and organization within our healthcare distribution facilities. You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient product slotting that enhances operational performance and supports our commitment to delivering quality healthcare solutions. We value your contributions and believe you'll find this position rewarding as you help us serve healthcare providers and patients.

Compensation and Shift Details:

• Compensation: $19.50/hr.
• Shift Details: Monday – Friday 4:00 pm – 12:45 am

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement product slotting strategies to maximize warehouse efficiency
• Collaborate with logistics, inventory, and operations teams to analyze placement data
• Monitor slotting performance metrics and provide regular reporting
• Respond to operational changes and adjust slotting plans accordingly
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process optimization
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders across departments

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of related experience

Critical Skills

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and data analysis tools
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Comfortable with physical activity in a warehouse setting
