Job Summary
Schedule & Pay
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:45 p.m. (or until shift completion); mandatory overtime as needed
- Compensation: $16.10–$21.00/hour (budgeted range)
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture and team engagement
- Process and review clinical trial orders
- Perform warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and documentation
- Operate power industrial equipment (Order Picker, Reach Truck, Pallet Jack) and maintain certifications
- Use SAP/Acumax, MS Office, and internal McKesson systems
- Maintain training and shipping/receiving records
- Participate in shift start, department, and team meetings
- Make timely decisions, address issues proactively, and support continuous improvement
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of related experience
Critical Skills:
- Ability to learn and perform inbound and outbound warehouse functions
- Critical thinking and root-cause analysis
- Basic math skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Basic PC skills (data entry, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-through
- Ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and see the “big picture”
- Commitment to teamwork, performance goals, and McKesson values (I2CARE, ILEAD)
- 6+ months of power equipment experience preferred (training provided)
- Familiarity with WMS/SAP preferred
- High performers with career growth interest encouraged

- Flexible to work all shifts and departments as needed
- Meets current performance and attendance standards
- No disciplinary action above verbal warning in past 6 months
- Minimum one year in current role

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Warehouse and office settings; potential cold environments and exposure to biohazards
- Ability to stand/walk 7–10 hours, lift up to 40 lbs regularly (50–75 lbs short distances), and perform repetitive lifting
- Fast-paced work, attention to detail, strong analytical skills
- Visual acuity, manual dexterity, and frequent bending/stooping required
