JOB DUTIES:Work with leadership and manager to reduce IT operation costs and ensure efficientmanagement of resources.Devising Product Development and IT strategy around McKesson MedicalSurgical’ sConnectivity, Consumer, and Government products and services.Work with leadership andmanager to reduce IT operation costs and ensure efficient management ofresources.Work with the development and business to ensure minimal outage across all managed business applications.Advisebusinesson RFPs for new customer acquisitions byprovidingtechnology relatedbenefits and use cases for products. Act asliaisonbetween Technology team and Business, translating technicalrequirement/constraints to high levelbusinessobjectivesand challenges. Work with Technology Architects,Salesand Marketing, Legal, andDevelopment team for roadmap planning of new products and services. Managetechnology operations forportfolio and ensure smooth functioning of all business applications in collaboration with Development and Support and Business Stakeholders. Ensuretechnology and cybersecurity compliance for applications by making sure security vulnerabilities are remediated within SLAs. Forecast effort and finance for newprojects/products andensure existing projects meet agreed performance and finance KPIs. ForecastOperational expenses for technology vendors and mitigate any cybersecurity risks associated on conjunction
with Information Security and Risk Management teams. Telecommuting permitted up to 20% of the week. 20% Domestic Travel.
REQUIREMENTS:Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Management Information Systems, Management, Business Analytics, Business Administration or a related fieldand four (4) years of experience in the job offered or a related field.
Alternatively,Bachelor’sdegree, orforeignequivalent, in Management Information Systems, Management, Business Analytics, Business Administration or a related fieldandsix (6)years of experience in the job offered or a related field.
Applicants must have four (4) years of experience in each of the following:
Provide operational IT support to internal and external users, delivering application stability, performance,reliabilityand security to align technology with business goals
User Experience design concepts
Delivering solutions in an enterprise with a complex system environment
ERP, CRM, WMS, contracts/pricing, transportation, Data Warehousing, and BI (Business Intelligence) systems
Working in geographically distributed high performing development teams
Communicating complicated and nuanced insights in accessible language to relevant stakeholders
Agile/SAFemethodologies and practices
Applicants must have two (2) years of experience with:
Marketing IT solutions
