About the Role (Job Summary)
Macro Helix helps hospitals and health systems improve the operational and financial performance of their pharmacy services. Our technology‑enabled solutions support clients in reducing drug costs, increasing reimbursements, and maintaining compliance with federal and state 340B regulations.
The Senior Associate Implementation Analyst is a client‑facing role responsible for implementing and training customers on Macro Helix 340B solutions, including 340B Architect. This role partners closely with health systems, contract pharmacies, internal teams, wholesalers, and suppliers to deliver high‑quality, compliant, and sustainable implementations. The Senior Associate focuses on smaller, less complex customer implementations, playing a critical role in delivering timely go‑lives that generate measurable customer savings and revenue impact.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Lead customer implementations for assigned Macro Helix 340B products, supporting two to three concurrent product implementations per customer.
- Develop, present, and manage implementation project plans in partnership with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze customer business and technical requirements and recommend appropriate system configurations.
- Configure and customize 340B software settings to align with customer workflows, regulatory requirements, and pharmacy operations.
- Serve as a subject‑matter resource on 340B program rules, implementation processes, and application functionality.
- Coordinate across internal teams, wholesalers, and suppliers to ensure successful data setup, testing, and go‑live readiness.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication during implementation, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Provide end‑user training, respond to application questions, and develop training materials and reference guides.
- Support feasibility and profitability assessments related to implementation decisions.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience through clear communication, strong organization, and solution‑oriented problem solving.
- Participate on implementation teams for more complex customers where a senior Implementation Specialist is the lead.
Basic Requirements
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, systems implementation, project coordination, or technology‑enabled customer solutions.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into system configurations or technical documentation.
- Demonstrated experience supporting customer‑facing implementations in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Skills / Experience
- Working knowledge of 340B program rules and compliance.
- Experience supporting healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated environments.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies or implementation frameworks.
- Pharmacy Technician license.
- Experience delivering software training or customer education.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Travel, In‑Office, and Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Hybrid or remote work environment depending on business needs.
- Standard office work, including prolonged computer usage.
This position offers the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement based on recent updates to our in-office/work‑from‑home model. If located in DFW area, the selected candidate may be expected to work on‑site at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. Specific in‑office days may be designated according to team needs and business priorities.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
