We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Product Portfolio Manager to lead the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for Glide Health, our innovative revenue intelligence solution leveraging predictive machine learning technology and advanced analytics to improve revenue cycle management and claims acceptance rates for specialty practices. This role is ideal for a senior professional who thrives in a complex, cross-functional environment and is passionate about transforming healthcare operations through technology.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and drive the strategic direction of Glide Health, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
Identify market trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
Portfolio Management
Oversee the full suite of Glide Health features and tools, including predictive alerts, RCM dashboards, and Ask Glide, our cutting edged LLM tool empowering clients to easily unearth insights into their business.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
Deliver on special projects leveraging Glide’s data assets and AI infrastructure.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product development and go-to-market execution.
Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external customers.
Work closely with other members of the product team.
Customer-Centric Innovation
Engage with client practices to gather insights and validate product concepts.
Champion user experience improvements and workflow optimization.
Analytics & Performance
Define and track KPIs to measure product success and adoption.
Use data-driven insights to refine product strategy and improve outcomes for Retina practices.
Minimum Requirement
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
Critical Skills
7+ years of relevant experience, with a strong background in product management, healthcare technology, or SaaS platforms.
Proven experience managing complex products in a healthcare or clinical setting.
Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycles, reimbursement, and prior authorization processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently with significant latitude in determining objectives and approaches.
Preferred Skills
Experience with healthcare RCM software.
Familiarity with oncology practice operations.
Agile product development and project management experience.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
This position works remotely from home and requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer.
This role will require travel up to 15%.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Must be authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
