We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to manage and oversee the Processing of contracts within our organization. The ideal candidate will have preferred experience working with SAP systems and be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and efficiency in contract management.
Position Overview
Responsible for monitoring incoming email to contract operations and cancellations mail boxes. Research and following up on inquires from internal support teams and outside vendors. Work with the customer to close out services and provide information on the process. Complete the tasks of updating internal databases and contacting vendors.
Works on daily tasks related to Contract processing and Go live support for implementations. Is responsible for SAP work involving account creation, maintenance, project creation and order processing. Maintains account information and logistics in SFDC and Support Central. Works directly with outside vendors to maintain account support for services. Direct contact with customers regarding ownership changes and processing all tasks related to such.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of all customers in SAP, including creating Orders for Software and Hardware.
Ensure timely processing of Contracts and updating of databases such as SalesForce.com.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and manage contract cancellations, including communicating with customers, updating systems, and coordinating with vendors to ensure proper service terminations.
Ability to work with other teams to help accomplish tasks
Ability to work independently.
Minimum Requirement
Typically requires 3+ years of related experience.
3+ years of experience in contract administration or a similar role.
Working knowledge of SAP Preferred.
Working knowledge of Salesforce Preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Healthcare and Pharmacy background preferred
