We are currently seeking a high-energy, self-driven Corporate Account Manager, HME who thrives in the field, enjoys owning a territory, and is motivated by both growing existing relationships and aggressively developing new business. This is a standout opportunity for a seasoned Home Medical Device sales professional who is excited to manage a high-potential Southeast territory, partner with executive-level customers, and significantly increase earnings through enhanced new business incentive opportunities.
Job Summary
The Corporate Account Manager, HME is responsible for managing and expanding mid-sized to large Corporate and Strategic HME provider accounts, each generating $2M–$20M annually, with a total portfolio ranging from $20M–$100M. This role focuses on account retention, margin growth, and new customer acquisition while serving as the primary executive-facing contact across McKesson solutions.
You’ll play a key role in building trusted C-suite relationships, uncovering growth opportunities, and closing complex, high-impact deals, with Florida representing the largest concentration of current business activity within the Southeast territory, alongside continued development across Georgia, South Carolina, and emerging markets.
What You’ll Do
Own and grow a lucrative Southeast territory, managing existing corporate accounts while actively identifying and closing new business
Close new customer opportunities with a minimum of $2M in annual sales
Drive sales, gross profit, margin, AR optimization, freight, and operating expense performance
Lead executive-level selling motions with C-suite leaders, Owners, CEOs, CFOs, and COOs
Serve as the primary interface for McKesson products and services across assigned accounts
Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Pricing, Marketing, Sales Support, Reimbursement Services, Operations, McKesson Brands, AR, and Customer Systems
Participate in strategic account planning and provide insights on customer needs and competitive dynamics
Represent McKesson at national and state trade shows (e.g., Medtrade)
Territory Overview
Southeast: Florida (largest focus, majority of field time), Georgia, South Carolina
Growth Expansion Opportunities: Alabama and Mississippi
Preferred Residence: Florida or major metro areas in Georgia to best support existing customers while driving new business development
Compensation & Growth Opportunity
Base: $102,000 to $115,000
Uncapped Sales Incentive: $67,000
Auto Program: Company Car or Monthly Auto Allowance $668
Significant new business bonuses, allowing top performers to grow and compound earnings quarter over quarter
Opportunity to manage a mature book of business while unlocking substantial net-new revenue

What You’ll Bring (Critical Preferred Skills)
Strong financial acumen, including the ability to discuss margins, and ROI with executive stakeholders
Deep experience selling Home Medical Equipment / Home Medical Devices
Demonstrated track record closing and managing large, complex corporate healthcare accounts
Skilled at navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes and managing long, consultative sales cycles
High energy, entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality
Ability to customize solutions and articulate McKesson’s value proposition at an executive level
Strong collaboration, influence, and project management skills
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of relevant sales experience (HME, medical device, or healthcare-related field)
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record: 7-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check is part of the pre-employment process.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Total Target Cash (TTC) Pay Range for this position:
$115,400 - $192,300Total Target Cash (TTC) is defined as base pay plus target incentive.
