Location:Remote (Columbus, OH metro area preferred)
Schedule:Sunday 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST; Monday–Wednesday 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM EST
Position Summary
The Senior Associate, Computer Operations Representative (3rd Shift) is responsible for monitoring enterprise systems, responding to alerts and incidents, coordinating triage efforts, and supporting production operations including job runs, backups, and identity management. This role plays a critical part in ensuring system stability and operational continuity during overnight hours.
The ideal candidate brings foundational experience in IT operations, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn HP Non-Stop systems and other enterprise platforms. This position operates with moderate supervision and follows established procedures while gaining exposure to more complex tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and escalate issues as needed.
- Execute and monitor Managed Care Optimizer (MCO) tasks including file transfers, task runs, and event responses.
- Oversee production job runs and backups; perform triage and escalate issues.
- Coordinate and communicate production changes and code implementations.
- Respond to incidents and coordinate triage efforts.
- Support HP Non-Stop operations and escalate issues.
- Perform identity operations (e.g., user account changes, login support).
Candidate must be based in the metropolitan area of our hub city Columbus, OH. Position will primarily allow for remote working.

Minimum Qualifications:
Typically requires 1+ years of related experience
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Associates degree or equivalent, preferred.
Critical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with case management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow).
Ability to follow established procedures and work independently with moderate supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with HP Non-Stop systems or willingness to learn.
Familiarity with infrastructure backup platforms and file transfer operations.
Experience with Confluence or similar documentation tools.
Ability to manage multiple communication channels and coordinate across shifts.
Exposure to identity management and incident coordination processes.
Working Conditions
Fully remote; must have a secure and confidential workspace.
No travel required.
Requires active monitoring of systems during shift hours (excluding breaks).
Shift work required, including overnight and weekend hours.
