Job Summary: The Senior Inventory Associate provides guidance to the Inventory team by ensuring inventory levels are accurately reflected in our systems of record. This position will have direct responsibility for validating receiving records, along with inventory resolution and compliance record keeping.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reviewing and Reconciliation of receiving records.
• Provide support to associates performing day-to-day inventory functions
• Collaborate with warehouse management and other internal departments to ensure the timely resolution of discrepancies
• Manage special projects as assigned
• Provide support to the Inventory Team by performing backup functions of other associates
• Participate in process improvement initiatives within the department
• Other duties as assigned

Shift Details: Monday - Friday Flexible start times, between the hours of 7:00 am - 11:00 am, and will work a 4-hour shift

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of related experience

Critical Skills:

• Travel: This role may require you to travel up to 5%

• Knowledge of general accounting principles

• Effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  Demonstrated problem-solving abilities

• Results driven

• Must be able to run, work, and file daily/weekly/monthly reports for compliance

• Ability to pass all pre-employment testing.

• Flexible scheduling; ability to adapt to change
