In this dynamic, travel-heavy role, you’ll install, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced systems and equipment—both hardware and software—at customer sites. You’ll be the go-to expert, ensuring our clients’ operations run smoothly and efficiently. Target Salary: 85K-100K based on individual experience

What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary service representative for assigned customers.
Perform installations, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on-site.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with pneumatic, robotic, and electronic control systems.
Maintain accurate inventory of parts and tools to ensure timely service delivery.
Keep workspaces clean, organized, and safe—on the road and at customer sites.
Participate in on-call rotations and respond to after-hours service needs.
Support logistics by delivering packages to courier depots or airports when needed.
Assist with commercial showcase setups and support the sales team with technical insights.
Uphold McKesson’s ILEAD and ICARE principles in every customer interaction.
Complete all required training and administrative documentation on time.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
2+ years of relevant field service experience.
Strong background in pneumatics, robotics, and electronic systems.
Excellent driving record and access to a reliable vehicle.
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Team player who collaborates well across departments to resolve issues.
Physically able to lift up to 30kg and work in cabinetry or elevated spaces.
Must have a valid passport and ability to travel internationally
Specialized Knowledge & Skills (Preferred)
College diploma in Electronics, Robotics, or Electro-mechanics.
5+ years of experience in a Field Service Technician role.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Experience in field-based technical support is a strong asset.
