💬 Position Overview:

We’re seeking self-driven individuals with strong communication skills and experience supporting customers via phone and email. As the voice of McKesson, you’ll deliver exceptional service to customers across the U.S. with professionalism, empathy, and care.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer requests, order entry, and product education via phone and email

  • Process credits for returns, damages, and other issues

  • Ensure compliance with hazardous materials and cold chain guidelines

  • Provide timely responses to inquiries and documentation requests

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer needs

✅ Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer support experience in an office setting

  • Experience with Phone, Chat, and/or Email communication

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

🎯 Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with JD Edwards, Cisco, case management, or Supply Manager

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Medical/pharmaceutical knowledge a plus

  • Team-oriented, detail-focused, and resourceful problem solver

🎓 Education:

High School diploma or equivalent required

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $15.68 - $26.14
